Sounds like the company wants you to commit fraud. I would advise against it, even if it costs you your job because if the company is audited, and it probably will, you will loose your job anyway, but could also be criminally charged.

I would suggest that you hire a criminal attorney who is familiar with the juvenile court. Any record as a potential effect on the future prospects of an individual. What you would be seeking to do is to get into some form of diversionary program which would, upon successful completion, cause the entire incident not to be on his record.
