You should hire an attorney to help you with the criminal case you should consider a civil restraining order against the person if it can be proven that the charges are false, you might consider suing the person civilly for money you might contact a bondsman so you can turn yourself in on the warrant

Yes you can - best is if there is a possible 5th A claim that you do not want to testify because to protect yourself from admitting a crime but they can give immunity for that.
