What will happen on an indictment on me for rape in the late 90’s and was dismissed?

Based on these facts, assuming that charges were never filed and a warrant did not issue after the filing of charges within the statute of limitations, the statute of limitations has long since run and you should not be worried about the case anymore....unless, perhaps, the alleged victim was a minor (a very young one) and even then, the statute has probably run by now. To ease your mind you might consult with a criminal defense attorney who can probably get a definitive answer to your question.

Ordinarily no, but there are exceptions. You'll need to provide a great more detail if you want a more definite response.

What happens if I am charged with drug possession?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
This question doesn't make any sense. The person is on probation/parole for a burglary, and while on probation/parole he/she picks up a drug offense? If that is the case (best I can tell from the convoluted question), I suspect the probation/parole to be revoked and the sentencing on the drug case to be run concurrent. If that is the case and the question is can the person be paroled again, the answer is YES. Will he/she be paroled again? The only folks who know that are pardon and parole.
