I worked with Sarah Hardy and can't say enough good things about her. I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and diligence working my claim. A little background about my past experience. For years I kept losing on my own. I had evidence in my STRs, Private IMOs, and treatment records to support my claim to no avail. It was difficult for my family to see my medical conditions and keep losing appeal after appeal. Finally, I got frustrated and did some research in the Veteran community for Attorney's/Lawyer's who could advocate for me and decided to work with Berry Law Firm to represent me due to their strong knowledge and background with helping Veteran's. I'm a veteran in Lincoln Nebraska and had been having difficulties navigating the comp and pension system for my disability . I had heard that they help veterans like me so i gave them a call about 4 months ago in January of 23. I was put in contact with Krystal Klicko and from day 1 she was on it! She explained to me everything i needed to know, and took care of all of the logistics of my case. So much so, all i had to do was show up to my appointments , she did everything else ( which was a lot i imagine ), She also helped me understand each situation individually and talked to me when i was worrying about my case. Now thanks to Krystal Klicko with Berry Law, I have 100% compensation for my service and recognition of all the injuries and conditions i'd developed or incurred . For me, thats completely life changing and i will always be grateful for Krystal and Berry Law. In my case they even did it pro bono , which was just incredible . I submitted a claim for some health issues that developed while serving in the Marines. The claim was promptly denied. Berry Law is your go-to attorney for VA claims and appeals. My husband and I were discouraged by multiple denial letters from the VA for his VA claims. He is a Gulf War veteran with symptoms of war related conditions that we thought would have no problem getting approved. When we received those denial letters, we were at a loss on how to proceed in the appeals process. We searched online for a good local VA claims & appeals attorney. Berry Law had great reviews and so we decided to give them a call. T.J. Kroh, our current attorney assigned to his appeals, and his assistant Gabriella have put in worked hard on many of my appeals through the VA claims system. They have been successful with getting higher ratings for my husband with several of his appealed claims. This team is thorough, very knowledgeable of the VA system, communicates well with their clients and never gives up on any of the claims & appeals that have been filed on behalf of the veteran.
