Seth Chambers and his assistant Missy are fantastic. I was initially denied service connection for a skin condition and a knee condition so I ran a search and found Berry Law. While I had to do some legwork, Seth and Missy went above and beyond in crafting an appeal for both. A few months later I was service connected for my skin condition but at 0%. Seth reached out and contacted me to ask if I would like to appeal for a higher rating. I agreed and with new evidence he put together a thorough appeal and a few, short months later the VA upped that service connection from 0% to 30%. At the beginning of the process I was denied and by the end Seth and his assistant Missy not only got it service connected but all the way up to 30% just for that one claim (a condition that is very hard to get just a 10% rating for), adding to my overall disability rating. My knee remains in appeals but I am more than happy with the work they've done. I would highly recommend them to others, and I have!
I initiated my own VA claim in January 2019 after being unable to find any local assistance to guide me through the process. After years of receiving denials from the VA a friend of mine referred me to Berry Law Firm. Sarah Hardy of Berry Law Firm was assigned to my case and exceeded all expectations. I use to be a skeptic when I heard fellow Soldiers and Veterans speak negatively about the VA until I experienced it myself. At times I was willing to give up and forget about the claim all together, but Sarah did not and would not allow that to happen. Not only is she a fellow veteran who knows and understands the issues veterans face but she actually cares. For the first time in over 4 years I finally felt like I was getting the assistance, guidance, and support that all veterans deserve through this process. I finally received a VA compensation that exceeded my expectations and that is all thanks to Sarah and Berry Law Firm. My family and I will never be able to repay you!
Before working with Berry Law I was not making any progress on VA claims. I was referred to them by a friend who had great success working with them. Seth and Missy were super easy to work with and communicated timely and laid out the steps to get my claim through the VA process. They were able to get my PACT act claims approved timely for me. I will continue to use Berry Law and refer them to other Veterans in the future.
Berry Law Firm and their entire staff, specifically Corrina, helped me secure my VA benefits after 20-years of trying to do so on my own to no avail. After only a few months as a client with Berry Law Firm, I received an award letter that superseded my expectations. I could have never received the combined VA rating I received without the assistance of Berry Law-I finally feel like truth and justice has prevailed for me. Lastly, Berry Law firm did exactly what they said they were going to do and then some and for that I will be forever grateful. I most definitely recommend Berry Law firm for all your VA Benefit needs.
Mr. Shepherd has worked continuously for the last several years to get me the full rating I deserve. He always took the time to explain what I didn't understand and did so in a way that never made me feel "less" for asking the question. Thank you Sean!! Semper Fi
Rachel was outstanding! We were in a tough spot with my husbands injury, and Rachel was very understanding, and did what it took. There were many evening and weekend conversations, and she worked with our busy work schedule. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I hope we will never need an attorney again, but if we do she will be our first call!
Evan was outstanding! We were in a tough spot with my husbands injury, and Evan was very understanding, and did what it took. There were many evening and weekend conversations, and he worked with our busy work schedule. 10 out of 10 would recomend! I hope we will never need an attoryney again, but if we do he will be our first call!

Berry Law firm was phenomenal in helping me with my case. I also recommended them to a friend that was a fellow Veteran that deserved his medical benefits. Kudos to Sarah and the entire staff. I highly recommend Berry Law Firm.
Samantha was not only extremely knowledgeable concerning working within the constraints of VA disability system, but she was highly sensitive to the fact that this process can be a long and distressing experience for a Veteran. From our first interaction, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions or concerns. She always got back to me quickly and made it a seamless operation which allowed me to increase my disability rating after years of frustration trying to navigate the VA for my disability claims. I would highly recommend Samantha and the Berry Law office as a Veteran Disability lawyer. Thanks!
I had the privilege of working with Berry Law for my VA claim, specifically with the exceptional attorney Aimee Robeson. Aimee's extensive knowledge and understanding of the intricacies surrounding VA claims were truly impressive. Having served together in the Army, I witnessed firsthand Aimee's exceptional dedication and commitment as a soldier, and she seamlessly transitioned those qualities into her legal profession. Berry Law's team is comprised of highly knowledgeable professionals, and Aimee Robeson is undoubtedly a standout among them. From the moment I engaged her services, I felt reassured by her expertise and confident in her ability to handle my case effectively. Aimee's command of the intricacies of the VA claim process was remarkable, and she provided invaluable guidance every step of the way. In addition to Aimee, I would also like to express my gratitude to Josh Fry, another remarkable member of Berry Law. His professionalism and commitment to ensuring my needs were met
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
