Excellent Attorney! I retained Rachel to handle a personal injury from a bad car accident. She kept me apprised at all times as to the status and all developments. She was kind, caring, and considerate. I appreciate all of her hard work and in the end obtaining a fair settlement. I highly recommend her. Thank you, Rachel!
I have worked with Barry Law for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service and advice they provide. Most recently I have worked with Jason Thomas and he continued the great work. Thanks Jason, for helping to raise my compensation rating. I look forward to working with you in the future.
On Thursday, March 24, 2022, my sister was sitting on the corner, regardless of what she was doing, my sister was at the wrong place at the wrong time, while the driver, decided to speed while intoxicated coming off that exit ramp. My sister had a rough life growing up till now. I’m not saying she was perfect but she sure as hell didn’t deserve to go out this way. I decided to take action and go thru the person who hit my sister, their Car insurance. They gave me the runaround and would only give me $1200 for the claim. I contacted Berry Law and Rachel took on the task to get whatever we could from the insurance company since they were getting over on me. It was a very long process but she stuck by me the whole time and I am very grateful for her. She always took her time to explain everything to me and was very compassionate. I wouldn't have gotten the amount back if it wasn't for her. This doesn't bring back my sister but it's something. Thank you again Rachel....
Krystal Klicko was extremely professional through out my entire process with the VA. She responded to my emails quickly and never failed to answer any questions I had. Krystal also served in the military and her experiences made her knowledgeable not only in the life style I had during the military, but also gave her an invaluable insight on how I was feeling post military. I highly recommend working with her and everyone at Berry Law.
I want to express my gratitude to Counselor Kacey Petit and her assistant Kathleen for their outstanding assistance with my claim. Their step-by-step intake process, professionalism, and expertise truly made a difference in requesting my increase on an appeal that had been closed for over a year. I now have a 100% VA rating after four years of attempting on my own. I highly recommend their services – USAF Retired -Brian L.
After tiredly trying to submit my claims on my own and being denied and almost giving up, I decided to seek legal representation with BerryLaw. I was assigned Samantha Robb as my Layer. I knew from the initial corrappodance that I was in good hands. Samantha was attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate and decisive. Samantha knew the direction we needed to go make positive results happen. At no time throughout my legal process did I feel I was just a number. I could not be any happier with Samantha, her legal team and BerryLaw.
Berry Law is by far, the best law firm to take on your personal injury case. Carey Collingham not only won a case that was very difficult to deal with in many ways, but he also saved my livlihood, and is definitely the best lawyer around in my opinion. Ive never been so pleased with someone's professionalism, patience, perseverance, and personalism. He has astounded me of course and again without him and Berry Law I'd be nowhere with my situation. I recommend them before anyone else and would give Carey 10 stars if I could. Thanks Berry Law for having such awesome people under your wing.
I am so grateful I had Evan to represent my case! He was top notch about everything. He always kept me updated and well informed during the whole process. I highly recommend using Evan for an attorney!

Hired Law Firm
I was referred to by a veteran coworker and have been currently working with the team at Berry Law firm for around 3 years, specifically with Seth Chambers and his team. I am a Marine Corps veteran who had been struggling dealing with the VA. When I started working with Seth and his team I was at a 10% rating and was consistently getting denied and the usual VA run around. I am currently at 60% now and couldn’t be happier with how hard his team worked for me. I would recommend this firm to any veteran who is struggling to get claims approved by the VA.
Jamie Bell is an amazing lawyer! I researched high and low for the right law firm to represent me for my disability claims through the VA. Jamie Bell along with her assistant Jazmine Cryer have helped me set and ACHIEVED our goals of getting 100% permanent and total disability rating through the VA. It wasn’t an easy undertaking, but Jamie wouldn’t let or take denials as an answer from the Dept of the VA. I would HIGHLY recommend Berry Law to any Veteran looking for a tireless and determined Law Office in Omaha. Thanks again Berry Law and especially thank you to Lawyer Jamie Bell and her assistant Jaz Cryer.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
