I was in a Motor Vehicle accident on August 8th 2023 in Omaha NE. At the age of 16 years old. I had no idea what to do where to start noting. But I found Barry Law and Rachel took my case. From the start I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything from that point on. With Rachel’s help it allowed me to just relax and heal from my injuries that I had. I pray to God I never have to go through this again but if I did I would Pick Rachel Collins again in a heartbeat. Jason Gibson and Barry Rodgers at Berry Law Firm are absolute miracle workers! After 9 years on active duty in the Marine Corps from 1998-2006 I had multiple injuries requiring ongoing medical treatment and multiple surgeries, however the VA would routinely return my legitimate claims as "denied service connection". In 8 short months Jason and Barry had corrected 15 years worth of frustration and failed claims and they finally got me the VA Rating I deserve! These guys are the real deal and I strongly encourage Veterans who are being mistreated by the VA to give Berry Law Firm a call. I only wish I had called them 10 years earlier. Seth Chambers and Angela Kratzer took my claim and fought so hard for me. Now that I’ve been through this process, I’ve learned it takes some time. A lot of it is a waiting process on the VA side of things which, at times, has been extremely frustrating. Seth explained to me that there were so many complications to my claim and arguments to be made, is the reason why it took longer than normal. My patience and their diligence netted me a retroactive win of $106,317.06 and an increased disability rating to 80%. There is not a scale in which I could place my satisfaction on. The Berry Law firm definitely have themselves a couple of aces in these two. This has changed my life and given me financial security. To highly recommend them would be an understatement.
