I can’t speak highly enough of Berry Law. I was referred to them by one of their other raving-fan clients, so I went in with high expectations. I was an Army Paratrooper in the 82d Airborne Division, suffering from the effects of hip injury (among others), after having both hips replaced. From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed with their client-focused attitude. A long story short I got an honorable discharge in 2005. I was like many vets from that era where going to medical was not a thing. The habit of not seeking help lasted long after I got out until conditions worsened to the point I had to go see a doctor. I never knew that I could file claims until long after my discharge and initially I tried on my own using a VSO. The VSO I used was not at all interested in my claims and even deterred me from filing several. 9 months after not hearing anything about my intent to file I discovered the VSO forgot about me. At this point a friend of mine recommended Berry Law. After a phone call and 2 days I was notified they would represent me. I was connected with Corrina and Avery and was informed representation could not proceed until after decisions were made, but in the mean time the claims my VSO recommended against filing, Corrina and Avery said hell no file em. Once decisions started coming back Berry kicked in high gear and handled business.

Berry Law was recommended to me by a fellow disabled Vet whom they helped get him a 100% rating. I contacted Berry Law via their website and was immediately contacted by Avery who asked all the introductory questions. It was the next day when Corrina called me and agreed to represent me in my journey to get an increase in my current rating of 70%. It was a short 4 to 5 months later I was notified that my rating had been increased to 100%! Corrina advised me that this quick of a result is not the norm. I can definitely and confidently state without Berry Law and their expertise I would have never gotten the favorable rating of 100%. Berry Law is worth every penny they earn and I couldn’t be happier with them!

I’ve never really been in an accident wasn’t my fault it was stressful dealing with the insurance agents on both sides so I decided I needed help and found Berry law. I had Carey as a rep and I went in this situation thinking I’m pry wasting his time and my case was use less I’m not gonna lie he went above and beyond for what he did for me and what I settled for and also the fact he took care of all the paper work talking to agents and bills. After I separated from the military, I self-filed my own disability claim, and I was able to obtain 60%. For years I felt that I wasn’t rated properly and/or fairly. I went back-and-forth with the VA trying to increase my rating and be appropriately rated for some major service-connected disabilities that drastically changed my life. After years of wasted fighting, I finally decided that I needed help. I did my research and I found Berry Law Firm. What attracted me the most about this company was the fact that they didn’t ask for any money upfront, and they didn’t bill me once while they were fighting for me. I was only billed IF they increased my disability rating. With the help of Kacey Petit and Kathleen, they were able to increase my disability rating from 60% to 90% in just two months.
