Evan was able to take the stress off my life while I tried to heal, and he obtained a WIN!!! Even with many complications of my case. I would refer him to anybody I know who may have been injured and needs help.

Hired Law Firm
I worked with Sean shepherd and Morgan Hansen at Berry law. I was frustrated dealing with the VA on my own. Sean knew what he was doing and persistently pursued my appeals. Since going to Berry Law, we’ve won my claims and I’ve now got what I was looking for. I highly recommend Berry Law, specifically Sean and his team.

Hired Law Firm
I engaged the Berry firm to help me with the initial filing and subsequent processing of my Viet Nam based PTSD (combat) claim. I had already pretty much put my own entire file together before contacting Berry. But I was not confident about how and where to file it. Also, I wanted help from a firm that knew their way around, the ins and outs, etc, in dealing with the VA. For my expectations, Deb Hansel at Berry was truly excellent in all regards.
I wanted to give a shoutout to my case manager, Katie Domzalski. Katie helped me go from 10% to 60% in a little over 90 days. The process was simple, and really took away most of the stress involved in filing disability claims with the VA. The cost of working with Berry Law was, in my opinion, very fair and 100% worth it for the peace of mind and financial gain I will have for the rest of my life. I highly recommend this firm.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel for my car collision case, and I cannot be more satisfied with the outcome. She demonstrated exceptional, professionalism, dedication, and expertise. Rachel was always available to answer my questions and provide clear, concise explanations of the legal process. Her attention to detail and thorough preparation were evident throughout my case and she consistently kept me informed of any developments. What truly said out to me was Rachel’s compassionate and understanding approach, she genuinely cares and worked endlessly to ensure I received the best possible settlement. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone need legal assistance. She is not only brilliant, but a kind and supportive advocate. Thank you, Rachel Collins, for your incredible work.
Montana was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Montana's attention to detail and commitment to my claims were evident throughout. I definitely recommend Montana and Berry Law Firm!
All of my hospital bills, recovery room bills, and pain and suffering were paid for and I did not have to pay a single dollar. Attorney Carey Collingham promised me from the beginning that he would make sure this case was made easy for me and he delivered. He was always clear, honest, respectful, and kind. Everyone deserves respect, fair treatment, and honesty, especially because you as a victim feel very vulnerable and scared. And as much as I, the consumer seeking help to resolve my problem, take the moment to give thanks for your service that you provided me and with much respect I admire you, because I know that your job is not easy and yet you remain strong to defend us and be our voice oppressed by fear.
I tried to file VA claims on my own and kept getting denied. I reached out to Sean Shepherd at Berry Law Firm for help. Sean Shepherd and his legal assistant Morgan Hansen help me go from 10% to 100% disability rating. I highly recommend them. They made the VA claim process go seamlessly.
Jason Thomas was my Attorney and was always available if I had any questions. He was very thorough with my case and caring. He took the time to explain things. The whole process was very smooth. I was able to go from 90% disability for the VA to 100%. I received my BDD claim rating in March 2024 so I contacted him in March, they took my case in April, the VA scheduled me an appointment in June and then I got my results in November 2024. I know timelines are different for everyone, but I was very glad to see things happen so fast. It was wonderful to have Jason in my corner fighting and advocating for me! Thank you so much!
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
