I was in an automobile accident where I was hit from behind. I had a tough road to get back on my feet. Medical bills were piling up and I started to worry. I contacted Rachel Collins. Throughout the entire process, Rachel checked in on me and made me feel at ease. The only thing I had to focus on was healing. I really appreciated how she kept me informed of what her and her team were doing for me and answered questions as needed. I highly recommend her.....She will fight for you!
A year ago I was involved in a head-on collision. I suffered a concussion and was having difficulty handling insurance companies on my own. Rachel took the time to explain every detail, every move we needed to make and made sure I understood so I could make an informed decision. She kept me involved. She never kept me waiting when I had a question, even on a weekend. My entire life changed the night of the wreck. I felt like I had lost control in every aspect, until I hired Rachel. She not only fought hard for me, she helped me feel empowered. Self advocacy is the core of mental health and wellbeing but when you find yourself struggling with the willfulness to fight, call Rachel Collins. In conclusion, I am very happy with my settlement. Thank you, Rachel.
I decided to go with Berry Law after a serious injury accident. It was a decision I'll forever be grateful for. Rachel was truly amazing. She helped me throughout the process and regularly checked in on me. Without her support I would of been lost in a time of need. She went above and beyond anything I could ever imagined. She was always easy to talk to. As well as quick to answer any of my many questions.
One of the best decisions I've ever made was to hire Berry Law to handle my VA claims. The VA claims process takes a while, and I could not have done it without Berry Law. My attorney at Berry Law is Montana Crow and she is outstanding. Montana knows the details of my cases and always responds right away every time I have a question. Thanks to Montana, I know the status of each case and she takes the time to provide updates. I am very grateful for the representation that I've received from Montana, and I am happy to have her as my attorney.
I had a wonderful experience working with Carey Collingham at Berry Law for 2 personal injury claims! He made me feel supported and heard. Carey listened to my experiences, thoroughly guided me through my options, and always had a clear plan of action. Carey is very personable and professional. I felt that he truly cared about my claims and my well-being. Having a personal injury can make you feel out of control, but Carey made me confident that he would take care of the claims which made me feel less overwhelmed. I could not recommend Carey enough! He fought hard to ensure that I received the compensation I deserved, and I could not be happier about the outcomes of my claims!
This team of Lawyers have been nothing but wonderful, professional, and diligent in working on my behalf. I am very grateful for their efforts, and focus. They have been working on my case for over 5 years and have done their best to win each of my cases. Thank you.

Hired Law Firm
I solicited several law firms to take my case but was unsuccessful. When I was giving up, I tried my last law firm, and Berry Law Firm took my case. Mr. David Ossain handled my case, and I went from ground Zero to 100% in a short period of time. Mr. Ossian was professional yet aggressive. From start to finish, they kept me informed and guided me through the process with superior results. I highly recommend Mr. Ossian. Outstanding firm.
Evan won my difficult case while being compassionate to me as a person. He never dropped the ball and supported me through the process. Great attorney and a better man. Thank you Evan for your help during a difficult time.

Hired Law Firm
I was very grateful for the help and assistance from Berry Law and Eric Smith. Eric has opened my eyes up in an area that I had no idea about. I would definitely recommend Berry Law to a veteran that is in need of assistance.
To Montana Crow and Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts at the Berry Law firm. Several weeks ago your team finished years long work with the VA to ensure my 100% disability compensation. I always felt confident you would keep working on my behalf until the job was done and you did. Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of an old, broken down, veteran's heart. Words cannot express my gratitude for your persistence and continual diligence on my behalf. Always on my side, keeping me updated and encouraged throughout a very, very stressful time, for everyone. It made all the difference. Truly. You do incredibly meaningful and life changing work for the veteran community. I wish you all the best. Sincerely, Jay Casello, Major, USAF (Ret)
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
