The VA Claims process can be a daunting task for anyone; but, not if you have the help of an experienced navigator like Berry Law, to guide you. As a Retired Colonel of Marines, I was having the same issue many other Veterans experience. So, I reached out to David Ossian, a Desert Storm Era Marine Corporal, and now Veteran's Advocate at Berry Law, for help. He and his team, to include Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts, and McKenzie Heiden, took over my case, reaching out to the VA on my behalf, arranging appointments, and following up with the myriad of paperwork, to ensure my interests were represented the entire way. They helped file my PACT paperwork and get me from an 80% to 100% rating in about 24 months from start to finish. I tried do it the easy way but quickly found out that doing it by myself, even with a vso, is the hard way. I got denied a couple times, got defeat and gave up. Then my dad a Korean War vet told me about Berry Law. Initially I wasn't going to do it but when they got him 80% and here I am sitting on 20% I figured what could I lose. Best decision made. My initial contact was with Krystal and she has been the definition of a fighter. Sticking with me, standing with me, and using all her skills to get me what I deserve. That pitbull tenacity is what I was looking for and found.
