Hired Attorney

I have called and met with Kelly several times to get my child support case finished and I can't get anything from him. I paid him in full the day I hired him, paid filing fees and process server fees and my ex-husband still has not been served. I hired Kelly in April 2007!!!! He tells me he will get on it but I never get any farther.

Hired Attorney

This attorney rarely returned calls and didn't ever know what was going on, the attorney did not fight for us and didn't even show up for the most recent hearing! I will be taking every legal action that can be taken against this attorney, I would not recommend anyone waste your money with this poor excuse for an Attorney.
