Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Smith is an outstanding lawyer as well as a good human being. He is very professional ,attentive to every detail, and very good at keeping the client informed on progress in the case. He is great at helping the client understand the issues and processes as well as the pros and cons of the alternatives in the case . Most important is the fact that he is very ethical and straightforward while working hard for the very best outcome for the client in accordance to the client's wishes.
I cannot say enough good things about the level of service I received from Mr Smith. From the very first meeting that I had with him to discuss my personal injury case right down to the last where I received my settlement check, the entire process from start to finish was completely positive. I am completely convinced that Mr Smith has the ability to walk on water and not scare one single fish!!!!
I hired Mr. Smith to represent me during one of the darkest periods of my life. Not only is he a great lawyer with an outstanding knowledge of the law, but also a compassionate human being who treated me as a friend during a time when I truly needed as many friends as possible. His staff is very professional, courteous, and diligent. He is definitely someone you would want leading the charge into battle, and I highly recommend his services as he would be my choice again. Brian T.
Helped with an expungement that was lost within the filing system when they moved from paper filing to electronic filing. When I tried to expunge the case myself, I was working on it for 6 months with no correspondence from the judicial system. Once i hired Jonathan Scott Smith as my attorney, He had my case expunged in 3 months.
Mr. Smith is an outstanding lawyer with exceptional legal acumen. He is very professional and is attentive to every detail. Importantly he has great empathy and approaches the case with the client’s best interest at hand. I am extremely grateful to the number of professionals who recommended him to me for my son, and would without hesitation recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel. He is undoubtedly the best criminal lawyer in the region.
Jonathon Smith knows the law and how the system works. He was very straightforward on expectations and/or what else could happen. I felt very comfortable and confident with Jonathon on my side. I was very satisfied on how my judgement worked out. It could have been way worse.
His staff is very professional and courteous and always helped me in a timely fashion when I needed an answer.
Jonathan was the best thing that could have happened to me after my DUI incident. He got all of my charges dropped through his exceptional legal accumen and process as well as negotiation with state prosecutor. Jonathan's experience and track record is apparent, but more importantly he cares for you as a client and always has your best interest at hand. He was worth every penny and I would highly recommend him to anyone who seeks counsel!
When you need to hire an attorney you are looking for certainty. Jonathan gave me that up front and then delivered!
Jonathan went above and beyond to help me in my case. He communicated with me in every decision he made. He and his whole office were very kind and clearly very competent.
The day I got injured changed my life. When I continued to have chronic severe migraines,I became depressed and unsure of my future and my quality of life. On the first day of my trial the defense offered me $25,000 to settle. Mr. Smith’s courtroom brilliance helped the jury see the truth and see how much I continue to suffer. The jury awarded me $900,000. Mr. Smith's honesty and integrity impressed me as much as his legal skills.
