I cannot say enough good things about the level of service I received from Mr Smith. From the very first meeting that I had with him to discuss my personal injury case right down to the last where I received my settlement check, the entire process from start to finish was completely positive. Helped with an expungement that was lost within the filing system when they moved from paper filing to electronic filing. When I tried to expunge the case myself, I was working on it for 6 months with no correspondence from the judicial system. Jonathon Smith knows the law and how the system works. He was very straightforward on expectations and/or what else could happen. I felt very comfortable and confident with Jonathon on my side. I was very satisfied on how my judgement worked out. It could have been way worse.
