Hired Attorney

Jonathan Scott Smith is the most professional and knowledgeable attorney I have ever met. After a few months of research, I drove almost an hour to ask him to take a case previously held by another attorney. I knew after our first meeting he was the only person that I would trust going forward. The case was capped by my coverage and full of complications. Not only did he take my case, but he also won my case! He counseled me throughout, made it very convenient, fought for me no matter what came our way, even during Covid, and stood his ground. I was consistently kept in the loop of information and prepared for deposition and settlement. He was always 10 steps ahead and prepared for everything, even the unexpected which did arise. His confidence and knowledge gave me confidence when speaking in settlement. Linda in the office is amazing! She kept me informed and answered my questions, along with making me feel better on even my worst and most painful days. I could never say enough about

Mr. Smith represented me regarding a traffic ticket. He, and his staff, were professional and responsive and helped resolve the issue in a very positive manner. He took the time to explain the process and took care of all of the logistics. I highly recommend Mr. Smith and would definitely utilize his services again.

Jonathan Smith was very helpful at winning my case. He did not fill me with false hope, and was very blunt and factual. He was thorough in his research and gave me much needed guidance for trial preparation. His assistant Linda was very helpful during the trial preparation as well. She was truly one of the reasons I chose this specific lawyer over other attorneys.

Mr. Smith was an amazingly professional lawyer to work with. Nobody wants to be in a position where they need to hire a lawyer, but if you're searching for representation, I highly recommend Mr. Smith. He was communicative, factual, punctual and extremely knowledgeable.

Working with Mr. Smith was pleased experience. He explained every steps of process and gave several options that I can choose. Also, he cut most of my medical bills to lowest possible. Most importantly, he increased my settlement value (more than my expectation). I strongly recommend him. He is the best attorney I ever met.

Working with Mr. Smith was great experience. He treated my case so proffesionaly. He did not miss my email or phone call when I tried to contact him. He worked on my medical bill so hard to reduce it, and I really appreciated for him. English is my second language but he explained so well I did not any hard time to understand. I strongly recommend this office to people who is looking for a lawyer that work for you truely.

Mr. Jonathan S. Smith is an exceptional, diligent, articulate, and gifted attorney. He has communicated effectively, provided information quickly, and responded promptly and intelligently to my questions. Mr. Smith’s, integrity and character (wise and most generous) remain unprecedented in my book, has strategically maneuvered through the complexity of my litigation, advocating hard against the opposition, expressed exemplary artistry, competently executed legal actions thoroughly and effectively with consummate professionalism, while at the same time protecting my interests.

Slip and Fall

I was a victim of a slip and trip accident at a prominent casino. 4 other firms turned down my case. Mr. Smith was my last chance. I am glad I made the call to him when I did. He fully explained that cases like this are a hard win, because the property has to accept liability. He took on my case and was diligent with acquiring all document from my medical providers. This was a long case held up by my very own medical providers, but Mr. Smith persevered and kept after what was needed. All of this while he experienced office staff changes, various paralegals errors combined with a strong caseload of his own. The fruit of the tree came to pass, he secured me a settlement that exceeded my minimum acceptable settlement.... SIGNIFICANTLY exceeded. I would recommend this firm and Johnathan Smith to anyone who feels they need a real advocate that will get the job done.
