Hired Attorney Stacy L. Burgett

Upon meeting with Stacy Burgett she was very professional and pro active in hearing my case concerning my son and co-guardianship. She gathered the facts immediately and pursued with a follow up call to Brian Herd to discuss the details of the case. I felt relieved and that someone was fighting for my rights. I met with her in the morning and after meeting with her I felt my day was off to a good, positive start.

Hired Attorney Victor M. Watson

Appears to run charges up. Did not appear to be as knowledgeable as first thought. No response to some questions. Does not like to be questioned about why he does some things. Did some actions without prior approval. Not a people person. Most important, did not contact me through this site. I finally had to go to the office.

Hired Attorney John L. Soileau

I consulted with John on May 7, 2013. He was to write a letter to the condo. On May 10, after waiting all day to get a return call from his office, I was told that he would be tied up in court for two weeks and would not be able to do anything until after that. Today, May 30, after waiting all day for a return call, I was told he wouldn't be able to do anything. My problems with the condo need attention and now, after waiting more than three weeks and charging me for a consultation (which did

Hired Law Firm

In my opinion, this firm has acted inappropriately when advising a title company for a buyer of a property we are trying to sell. They refused to accept a judge's order removing an impediment to a will relating to the property by demanding an extra 30 days to allow petitioner of this clearly discernible illegitimate impediment to "appeal." They then demanded a declaration from the petitioner AND separate hold harmless documents within just 21 business days to meet our desired closing date. .
