My case did not go to court for one year. When we finally did go to court, Mr. Hoffer was not prepared for my case. In addition, it took him 5 years to finalize all of my QDRO paperwork. He made several mistakes on the paperwork that had to be corrected.
He was very confident at our initial meeting and said I have a solid case. He unfortunately does not respond to any email's or follow through on information that is given to him regarding the case. He sure does collect all of the money upfront though. Do yourself a favor and find someone that actually cares about you and your case. Mr. Hoffer these legal matters are people's lives not just a paycheck.
