What kind of punishment would I be looking at if I'm a first time offender?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
Minimum punishment 1 year in prison, the maximum is 10 years in prison. There is no mandatory minimum, so the judge can probate the sentence. I suspect that you are looking at about 3 years on probation for a first offense. However, your license will be suspended, and IF you test positive for marijuana during the time you are on probation, you will be sent to jail.

He can go to the law library and file a federal motion for new trial, then appeal that to the Supreme Court of the United States, then file a habeas action.

How can it harm their reputation? Why would your daughters continue going in the store IF they are followed? You are not making any sense.
