She did amazing at, first of all, easing the stress that comes with medical bills and a totaled car that I was going to have to pay and replace when I wasn’t at fault. She got to work and the insurance company that hung up on me in the first wreck to change their tone and got me and my son a great settlement. I’m still recovering from surgery from the second wreck and they are doing great work on that case. Making sure I have no upfront charges considering I’m out of work due to this. I recommend Nica 1000 times, such caring people and most importantly she’s damn good at her job and gets results. She also went out of her way to entertain my son in office.
