Working with them was horrible. They seem to think they know better than you what you want and cannot follow a simple instruction. Instead they went down a completely different road, upset everyone in the process and then tried to blame it on the prior attorney, and then me when that didn't work. And forget about getting fees back even though they admit in writing they did not do what you asked them to do and the DID do exactly what they were told not to do. I could go on but why. They don't care.
