About Joseph Matthew Kaiser

I’m a South Carolina attorney who grew up right here in the Charleston area. I was raised in Mount Pleasant, graduated from Bishop England High School, and earned my undergraduate degree at Clemson University. I then came back home to attend the Charleston School of Law, graduating in 2011. I was sworn into the South Carolina Bar in October 2011 and soon after began working as a prosecutor for the City of North Charleston. That job put me in court constantly, handling thousands of cases—everything from traffic offenses to DUI prosecutions. After four years, I chose to open my own law firm so I could represent individuals directly and provide the kind of support people need when they’re under pressure. I work hard to make the process less intimidating by giving clear answers, laying out realistic options, and staying focused on protecting your rights. Joseph Kaiser was a pleasure to work with. I really got lucky when I sought out his services, as he has very unique professional experience. I will, without a doubt, be returning to Mr. Kaiser with any/all legal services in the future. So glad I went with Joseph, as opposed to many of the other bigger name firms that just see you as a $ sign and don't really invest in your case. Joseph was there for me throughout the entire process, answering phone calls and returning texts regardless of the time of day. He is definitely someone you want in your corner, fighting for you.
