Please be careful when hiring. I was not satisfied with the out come and I actually received a failure to appear citation. They promise your money back if not satisfied but it's not true. I have emailed and still no help in resolving my case. Really upset because I have used them twice before with good results.

This lawyer obviously didn't read my emails - and this was the only way I could communicate with the firm. they sent duplicate, misleading and wrong information on a regular basis that first sent me into panic mode, then after I followed up and pointed out their errors, was able to find out what was really going on. totally unreliable, unprofessional and unresponseive.

They didn't get any information from me. The only thing they were interested in doing was getting the moving violation changed. I still had to pay for something I didn't do. I was better off going to court ans defending myself.

Was wrongfully ticketed for reckless and careless driving. Had my elderly mother in the passenger seat as we left a graduation. Paid iticket 600.00 Sherika Miller handled my case. Took a driving class 80.00 and cost of the court was 220.00 not to mention STILL got points put on my license. Total: 900.00. Won’t allow these people to stand for me again for sure.

When I hired them on a speeding ticket I asked for a continuance because of Christmas and having to relocate, to have time to save a little for court costs. The man I spoke with said sure no problem he completely understood. Court date Dec 11th, get an email Dec 21st informing me to pay by Dec 28th. Called court house to get an extension, was told attorney had to request with judge. Called attorney to let them know and was told that the attorney doesn’t decide court date that was all up to judge and that I would have to contact clerk of court. Tried explaining to the guy on the phone again that the attorney just needed to request an extension with the judge, he said he would email the attorney and I should hear something soon. Should have paid the other attorney I found $50 more dollars to have been done correctly! Never again!! Pay a little extra if you want it done correctly. Now I have to pay court costs and get license reinstated and whatever fines they will add on.

How about next time, the lawyer calls me directly to explain what happened in my case? Or at least makes an effort to actually fight for my case instead of just settling right away. I’m a college student and can’t afford to pay $340 for a lawyer plus another $260 in court fees without understanding what I’m paying for. What exactly did I hire your firm to do just show up and settle? That’s unacceptable.

Nobody actually ever contacted me! I have a very busy schedule and NEED to file for a simple divorce. Somebody actually needs to contact me so I can get this over with but I guess they don’t want my money.

If I could rate it as zero stars, I would. I hired this firm to FIGHT for my right not to be illegally ticketed, NOT to accept a plea deal that I could have gotten myself. My narrative explaining my situation was completely IGNORED and I was only notified a less than a day before my hearing what the plan was for dealing with my ticket, and that was to accept an improper equipment plea, which still results in $261 in court costs when the case should have been dismissed if properly adjudicated. I could have accepted that outcome the first day I appeared in court without ever wasting another 99 dollars on this firm. A friend of mine received the same exact ticket in the same exact place and hired a REAL attorney in Whiteville, NC and got the case dismissed. I feel like I was completely robbed of my hard earned money. DO NOT hire these scam artists.

My husband received a speeding ticket going through a small town in North Carolina this Law Firm expeditiously took care of the matter and appeared in court on his behalf and resolved the matter in no time. Thank you. D. Din
