I got into an accident last year, my situation was a little complicated and Hatley Law really helped me get through the court process fairly quickly and as professional as possible. Their communication and response times are unmatched to any other traffic lawyers I've come across. The price of hiring them was a little high compared to a few other lawyers I could've hired instead, but overall it was worth it. My case was settled in my favor even though it could have gone another way, but Hatley Law really made sure I had the best outcome to my case.

Working with this law is good they handled stuff very good they keep you at up to date on your case.

I only had issues with fully understanding the “letter of liability.” This had me worried about getting it sent in right away. I kept receiving emails saying they needed the letter so I was afraid that the letter never would come. It took some time to get it. My insurance company told me not to worry but to be patient. It was out of my hands. I am grateful for iTicket taking care of my case. I will recommend them and let them know to be patient.

my attorney had messed up something where I had to pay more fees and my court case was still open, but then I called and we didn’t get it fixed and solved, but he missed something up to begin with. thank you

I thought the price would be reasonable using this service but I ended up paying almost twice as much as I would have if I had just used the attorney i have used in the past. And my ticket was reduced to the same thing. I do not recommend this service because of the price.

The assistant/paralegal was very good at explaining things and being very caring … but that’s about all the good I have attorney benson was weak and did not fight for my case and just rolled over to judge& DA & got points on my record and honestly made me feel like my case was to small I’ve used them before but this will problaly be the last time I use Iticket law

In my opinion-The case was an open shut case- I was pulled over for not moving for a police vehicle- it was a bright day and I didn’t see his lights-there was no siren- the law says that emergency vehicles should have both. I pulled over as soon as I heard the siren. No lawyer spoke on my behalf and they took the usual approach in such cases. I still have points against my license and I ended up paying for a safety course that they advised. -not worth the cost. They don’t listen very closely. I could have done it myself for less.

Poor communication, substandard outcome. They are a high volume, low results firm that doesn't care about fighting for a client's best resolution. I would NOT recommend using.

avoid them, you should be better by googling a traffic attorney in the county your ticket is. period. they suck at comunicating. the people that receives calls or respond to e-mail don't know anything about anything they just work as a relay to your actual attorney.
