The firm is the direct successor to a partnership established in 1899 by George Edmondson Maddox and Colonel William S. McHenry. Over the years, attorneys who had been partners and associates of the firm have served in various capacities in the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of the State of Georgia and the United States. One partner and two former partners served as members of the Georgia Board of Bar Examiners. Attorneys presently in the firm concentrate in various areas of the law, enabling it to offer a wide range of legal services to its clients. In 1999 the firm opened an office in Cedartown, with Michael D. McRae and Robert T. Monroe as its resident attorneys, in order to expand the geographical base of its practice.

Mr. Peek is totally Outstanding in every aspect. From a family case he took care of to a personal injury case for my son. This firm is #1.Not taking anything from Mr.Jule as no attorney could come even close too the caliber of this guy.But the staff of this firm that guides the attorneys behide the scenes.like Amy for one are at the top of their game.Thank You And God Bless You All.

The firm represented me in an issue regarding an automobile repair shop that I had paid $1700 to replace a water pump plus other repairs. The shop had my car and money over 3 months and the car was never drivable again. If it weren't for the diligence and perseverance of the firm and Amy Landers, I'm sure I would have been out my money and car. The end result was favorable to me and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend this firm to anyone in need of any type of legal assistance.
