Since 2003, the Law Office of Jason W. Swindle P.C. has been dedicated to vigorously representing people charged with violating the criminal laws of the State of Georgia. In 2006, Jason W. Swindle Sr. joined Kevin W. Drummond to form the firm of Drummond & Swindle P.C. Drummond & Swindle P.C. is known as the foremost and most well respected criminal defense firm in the west Georgia area. In 2012, Mr. Drummond and Mr. Swindle decided to separate from the firm in order to handle more criminal cases without conflicts of interests arising when co-defendants wanted both attorneys to represent them.

Hired Attorney Jason W. Swindle Sr.

I can not speak more highly of Jason Swindle. I was unfortunately involved in an incident attempting to defend a family member who was involved in a bar fight and as such was arrested on multiple charges. My wife is also an attorney who does not practice criminal law and spent a great deal of time researching attorneys in the area and came to the conclusion that Jason was the best in town and he did not disappoint, getting me the most desirable outcome that we could have realistically hoped for.

The exemplary service that the Swindle Law Firm portrayed towards my fiancé and I goes unmatched. My fiancé was facing a maximum of 30 years in prison and with the help of Mr. Swindle and Associates he'll be coming home in a year with probation. I am amazed at the job Jason Swindle did in court for my friend. His life was on the line and I can't think of any one else I would rather have it in then Jason Swindle hands. This was a very bad case and he won it hands down. I can't think of any one else I would wont on my side more then Jason in my time of need. When your dealing with the law you better have some one that knows what he is doing and I can tell you this he is great at what he does. My friend owes him big for giving him his lif
