Since 2003, the Law Office of Jason W. Swindle P.C. has been dedicated to vigorously representing people charged with violating the criminal laws of the State of Georgia. In 2006, Jason W. Swindle Sr. joined Kevin W. Drummond to form the firm of Drummond & Swindle P.C. Drummond & Swindle P.C. is known as the foremost and most well respected criminal defense firm in the west Georgia area. In 2012, Mr. Drummond and Mr. Swindle decided to separate from the firm in order to handle more criminal cases without conflicts of interests arising when co-defendants wanted both attorneys to represent them.

I cannot put into words how amazing the experience was with Jason Swindle and his group. They work very hard to make sure you get winning results. In a time that was nerve-wracking and anxious for our family, Jason was compassionate and persistent in representing me in court. He truly treats his clients as family and took the time to explain legal proceedings to us, even at a last minute's notice. From in-person meetings, to late night phone calls, he was always available to help. He will go to bat for you in court and is the person you want standing next to you in the courtroom. I highly recommend giving him a call to handle your case.

Mr. Swindle is well known locally for his abilities as a criminal defense attorney and has no shortage of clients. However, he makes the time to dig deep into the facts of a case and develop a strategy to represent even a guilty defendant. He is driven by a true quest for justice and works weekends and late nights if necessary to obtain it. I could not recommend him more high.y.

Jason and his staff were so professional, kind and comforting. Jason went out of his way and when it was all over I really thought I should pay him more money because he never quit trying to get the best outcome for my child. I highly recommend him and as a christian I really believe that God put him in our path way. He is now a friend and I would give him my highest recommendation. Jason really believes that this is a calling. Jason treated all of his clients like family, he cares!
