Munley Law consists of eight attorneys and a full-time support staff with concentration in automobile and tractor trailer accidents, personal injury and workers compensation. Special emphasis is on major and minor head injuries, along with automobile, construction and product defect accidents. The firm also handles major business trials.
Very compassionate. The firm really investigated my legal matter, explained to me what I should do and what my options were and handled everything for me. I believed them when they gave me advice.

Caroline Munley is professional, friendly, and very thorough. She would be a very reliable asset in time of need.
My only suggestion is that when you have a claim, ensure that one of the attorneys understand the precise issue or accident prior to making sure you move forward or not. In other words, the person used to engage first time clients and/or acquire information wasn't helpful and was confusing in her ask for information. Nothing against the attorneys as I shut the conversation down immediately and wouldn't know.
Don't expect any updates on case. They don't tell you they take a chunk of every WC check you get plus. the chunk at the end. Legal advice at times wrong. They are all friends the good and bad in Scranton. Go out of town to get true representation.
Waited 7 years, got under 13 grand, lost it all to hospital bills, have to live in chronic pain and only one lung working, was told to take it or else by the judge and lawyers.
