Caroline Munley is a personal injury attorney and managing partner at Munley Law Personal Injury Attorneys, where she has recovered millions of dollars for clients injured in car accidents, commercial truck crashes, and workplace incidents.
She has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer each year since 2022 and has appeared on the Best Lawyers in America list for Personal Injury Litigation–Plaintiffs and Workers' Compensation Law–Claimants in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2018. She has also been recognized on the Top 25 Women Trial Lawyers in PA list, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates list, and the Top 25 Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania list, the latter by the Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers Association.
Caroline is certified as a workers' compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Her late father, Robert W. Munley, inspired her to pursue a legal career and shaped her commitment to representing injured people. Outside the courtroom, Caroline is active in the Scranton community. She serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for the Everhart Museum and is a board member for the Women's Resource Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She also contributes regularly to the Scranton Times-Tribune on community safety topics. Caroline and her husband, Edward Mullin, have two daughters.
