Caroline Munley is a personal injury attorney and managing partner at Munley Law Personal Injury Attorneys, where she has recovered millions of dollars for clients injured in car accidents, commercial truck crashes, and workplace incidents.

She has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer each year since 2022 and has appeared on the Best Lawyers in America list for Personal Injury Litigation–Plaintiffs and Workers' Compensation Law–Claimants in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2018. Caroline is certified as a workers' compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Her late father, Robert W. Munley, inspired her to pursue a legal career and shaped her commitment to representing injured people. Outside the courtroom, Caroline is active in the Scranton community. She serves as chair of the Board of Trustees for the Everhart Museum and is a board member for the Women's Resource Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She also contributes regularly to the Scranton Times-Tribune on community safety topics. Caroline and her husband, Edward Mullin, have two daughters.

What a phenomenal attorney! She and her family are true experts in what they do. They are fierce fighters for their clients. I had the honor and privilege of Caroline fighting for me. She was amazing! She protected me and my interests from start to finish. She cares about the people who she serves and her work ethic is superb! You will never find a woman more passionate for what she does than Caroline.

She always knew where my case was going and how she was going to defend me. My injury was serious and I had a young family, at the time, I always had a check, no matter how hard they to stop it. She was always pertinent in returning calls. A great family law firm.
