Hired Attorney Barbara J. King Esq.

Horrible experience. She's a very good talker, but she dropped the ball in every way when it came to the details of the case. I've been in business for twenty plus years - she's the worst white collar experience I've had. She was constantly unprepared at meetings - it was like dealing with a child. If you have a very easy case she's likely fine, but if there are more than a couple moving parts she'll be a train wreck. Worst of all she could care less about her screw ups and the consequences.

Hired Attorney Greg Rinckey

They do not update clients with their case, they do not return phone calls, pass my case from one lawyer to another and then lose it. I have sent them numerous e-mails regarding the status of my case and they do not have the decency to return my calls. I am thoroughly disgusted with the services this firm has provided.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
