Bender & Bender, LLP is a law firm with an office in Buffalo, NY. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing self insured counsel, trial practice, appellate practice and 5 other areas of law.
Keeping the communication going was hard and you speak to different people that tell you different things and they never sync up. But they got the job done. It wouldn't be my first choice but a firm in that area.
Very poor on communication. There is never the same person working your case from month to month, so you are always giving the same information over and over. Took almost 2 and 1/2 years to settle and I think if the same person handled it, maybe it would have helped. We had to give up a vehicle and live frugally not to mention use my 401k to survive until it was finally resolved. Then we were killed by taxes for the 401k and then the payout for the back disability pay.
They are unprofessional and did not do as advertised.
