They got it done, but my complaint would be that your case keeps on getting shuffled off to someone else because their help keeps quitting.
They made me fill out tons of paper work that I thought THEY would do for me. I would recommend people use someone local that you can visit in person. Expect 5+ months to win case.
Little interaction with them because they didn't really handle class actions and only spoke over telephone, however, very pleasant and helpful.
I tried to file my own case...gov wore me down...too ill to argue so my husband hired this firm...took a year, but they got it done
