Do not feel that I should be responsible for finding any errors or missing information in the trust papers. If something was questionable the attorney should have brought it to my attention.
My mom passed away this company looked good because of the flat fee and conversation, I first had on the phone with one of the paralegals (I didn't realize that person would be handling the whole case). I decided to go with them to complete my probate case. Well, I NEVER spoke with a lawyer not one time. My case was open for 1.5 years. The paralegals are the ones doing all of the work. The lawyers just sign off on their work. I did catch a few mistakes with my final packet and had to have them revise it. If you want to be able to talk to a lawyer this is not the company, you want to go with. You are better off paying a paralegal to do your paperwork. Lesson learned. In fact, so much went wrong I will be writing a book! Oh, and they refer you to the tax place, don't do it horrible experience.
We were lead to believe that Greg could help us, just send in a retainer and he will help. WRONG! We provide the documents he needed, he wrote one letter and got a poor response. He called us to say that it would costs us 100’s of thousands dollars and that we still would lose. Why tell a client they have a case when they knew the law of AZ would not be in our favor. Scam artist! They charged us for writing the letter, printing the letter, putting letter in envelope, mailing letter! Nickel and dime you to death. Called us while driving in Apache Mts, couldn’t make out what he was saying. Never do business with PenningtonLaw. Scammers!!!!
