Pennington Law, PLLC is a law firm with an office in Buckeye, AZ. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing estate planning, trial practice, probate litigation and 7 other areas of law.
The process of getting our previous trust papers rewritten to be valid in Arizona went smoothly. At our first consultation, Mr. Pennington impressed me and made my husband and me feel confident in dealing with his firm. We initially thought we would need one type of trust and paid our fee for that service. When we decided to go a different direction, the firm was willing to work with us. We were quoted a new, lower fee and the refund was paid promptly upon completion of the work.
We retained Pennington Law Firm for our Trust and Estate Planning. From our first meeting, we were very impressed with the scope of knowledge and expertise our attorney provided. It was a very smooth process, and we have piece of mind that our wishes after death are understood and will be carried out.

What I appreciated the most working with Mr. Pennington is that being an attorney is only part of who he is. And that perspective makes Pennington both a better man and lawyer.
