Charles Nathan Adams is a lawyer practicing wills and probate. Charles has been licensed for 15 years. Charles practices at Zoecklein Law, P.A. in Brandon, FL.
I had a really good experience working with this firm on a probate litigation matter. They were honest, prepared, and clearly knew what they were doing. I never felt brushed off or kept in the dark, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. They handled the case professionally but also understood the personal side of it, especially since family dynamics were involved. Having someone who could stay focused and strategic while still being approachable made a big difference. If you’re facing a probate or trust dispute and want someone who takes these cases seriously and knows how to fight when needed, I’d recommend them without hesitation.
Working with this lawyer was frustrating. Communication was very poor. He ignored my phone calls, emails, and messages sent through client portal. Only worked with the paralegal but even she could not get Adams to respond to important questions that I had. Work was negligent. The defendant in my case requested an attorney friend be allowed to communicate with Adams on his behalf without being attorney of record. But, when that attorney friend sent an email containing a signed Settlement Agreement, it was ignored by Adams and he filed a default against the defendant. Adams later had to set the default aside which muddied up the deadline days contained in the Settlement Agreement rendering them moot. Egregious errors like this should cause anyone to rethink retaining him or the Zoecklein Law to represent them.
