Frank "Skip" Tylman is an accomplished attorney with a unique perspective shaped by his tenure as a corporate executive and his personal experiences with elder care. Dedicated to estate and incapacity planning, Medicaid strategy, and asset protection, he is committed to addressing the needs of the Baby Boomer generation. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Tylman founded Achievia Tutoring of Florida, Inc., delivering accessible academic support to K-12 students. His significant business expertise also includes serving as Managing Director of Procter & Gamble Australia, overseeing extensive operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Mr. Tylman holds esteemed memberships in the Florida Bar Association and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, contributing actively to the elder law community. A dedicated community leader, he has impacted Tampa Bay through roles with the Sun Coast Estate Planning Council, Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services, and the Shorecrest Preparatory School Board.
