Breen, Ball & Marelius, PLLC is a law firm established in 1998 with an office in Boise, ID. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing general trial & litigation in state and federal court, criminal defense, family law and 175 other areas of law.

Mr. Ball represented me in 2014 for a DUI, and also my husband in 1995. He is professional, prompt, and compassionate. With the help and direction by James I was fully prepared for court which I believe was the reason for receiving the minimun punishment for a crime I am ashamed of and have learned from. James was very professional while maintaining a personable relationship that helped in dealing with the confusion of court proceedings.
