I can't recommend Jim highly enough. From our initial meeting, he was clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable about what to expect and how to proceed. He assured me that I would get the best deal possible (and he delivered!!!), he kept me informed about everything I needed to do in preparation, was very prompt in getting back to me whenever I had questions, and guided me through a stressful and upsetting situation with ease and confidence.
