Our beautiful daughter was in a fatal car crash in May of 2021, she had recently turned 18 and the accident she was involved in had a total of 4 vehicles, it became very clear very early that we would need representation, even before our daughter's funeral. I did not want an "ambulance chaser", we needed someone that would be by our side the entire way. I got to work looking through the Florida Bar list of Board Certified Lawyers and contacted Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith. Mr. Landy contacted me the very next day and that is where Mr. Landy took the wheel for us. He and his paralegal Jessica were compassionate, professional, prompt, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. They communicated every step of the way. He won the case for us! Joe Landy represented my family in a personal injury case in the estate of my mother. Joe was very professional and explained everything in a manner that we could comprehend as to what to expect. Hired Attorney Mr. Glenn Siegel

Mr. Glenn Siegel helped me out tremendously with my car accident claim. This was the first car accident I had ever been in, at the age pf 36, and I did not have the lsightest idea how to navigate through the situation. Glenn helped me from the instant I called him, getting me set up with an Urgent Care to assess my injuries, and then with a chiropractor to begin care and treatment. Not only did he assist with getting me treatment, he handled everything to do with my insurance company. Apart from going to my regular appointments for care, everything was dealt with for me and out of my hands. Mr. Siegel helped me obtain a settlement claim from my insurance company as well, which ended up being higher than the amount he quoted he thought he could get for me. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you.
