I have had dealings in the pass with attorneys on a professional, as well as personal basis. To make a long story short, the attorneys as Lesser and Lesser Law Firm totally changed my perspective. Working with Chad Hastings was an absolute win for us. We called him the day of our accident (rear-ended at a stop light) and he marshalled us through the whole process. From communicating with both our auto insurance and that of the man who hit me to communicating with my doctors and healthcare providers, we were never in the dark. Mr. Hastings won us our maximum reward and just in time for Christmas! Thank you, Chad, Danielle H., and the rest of the staff of Lesser, Lesser, Randy & Smith. Jeff and Carolina were the best resources and professionals when my husband and I got into our first car accident. We had no idea what to do and where to even start and Jeff and Carolina took care of ALL OF IT. I truly mean ALL OF IT. They helped with our medical bills completely, all communication with the Insurance companies and we truly didn't have to worry about anything and continue on with our lives and doctor appointments. They took away all the headache of all this and any confusion we had, Jeff or Carolina would call us within a day to explain anything and everything we had questions on. Carolina was amazing keeping us on track - she's very diligent and organized ! We cannot explain our appreciation towards Jeff and Carolina and would recommend their services to anyone that needs the help or first time in a car accident.

Right from the start Glenn won my trust with earnest advice about my case. He walked me through the expectations and took the time to answer all my questions. He listened to my concerns and reassured me that would do everything on my behalf to secure the medical therapies I would need for my injuries along with a fair settlement.
