The Nahajski Firm was established in 1996 by partners Lennard A. Nahajski and Rayne J. Nelson with the primary goal of providing aggressive, effective and discreet representation to those facing criminal prosecution. Since that time, the firm has continued to practice exclusively criminal defense and established itself as one of the premier criminal defense firms in the region.

Hired Attorney Lennard Nahajski

Len Nahajski is a superb attorney. I am a retired attorney myself (although I did not practice criminal law), so when my wife was involved in a collision and was issued a citation that could have cost her her license as well as a steep increase in our insurance premium, I did due diligence in finding someone to represent her. I searched the professional and social media ratings (including the one you are reading) and questioned several of my trusted former attorney colleagues. After exhaustive research, I selected Len Nahajski (whom I had never met prior to retaining him). His fees (in my experience) were very reasonable, he kept us well informed at every step in the process, and was able to have the citation dismissed. He is not only a competent professional, he is fair and a nice guy to boot. I recommend him without hesitation. Look no further.

Hired Attorney Lennard Nahajski

I hired Lennard in 2015 for two charges I received seperately. Not only that I was still on probation from a 2010 charge. He handled all three cases which were in three counties. I could have received a lot more consequences than I was facing. The outcome let me keep my job/house. It was a long road but at the end he was there for me when I faced the courts one last time for a compliance hearing 6 years later.
