The Nahajski Firm was established in 1996 by partners Lennard A. Nahajski and Rayne J. Nelson with the primary goal of providing aggressive, effective and discreet representation to those facing criminal prosecution. Since that time, the firm has continued to practice exclusively criminal defense and established itself as one of the premier criminal defense firms in the region.

My boyfriend had been in an accident and was serverley injured while on his motor cycle long story short there was an illegal search and seizior by law enforcement he was looking at serious jail time and hefty fines after retaining the first lawyer who did absolutely nothing but take our money I found len and his firm. He is an outstanding lawyer and I will recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer to go to battle for you with better then to be expected outcome if not dismissed charges his firm will get the job done.Call this firm at once if you find yourself facing charges of any kind they will provide you with the service you need thanks again len awesome job!!

Len Nahajski is the best Criminal Defence (Domestic Violence) Attorney I have ever worked with. I got myself into some serious trouble very recently due to having made an emotional decision that resulted in two felony counts with a potential third in the wings that would have seen me go to prison. Lennard helped me find a path toward reducing my charges to a gross misdemeanor. Now instead of facing a year behind bars, I am enrolled in a two year mental health program that will get me the help I need to bring order back into my life. I now have a good woman by my side, hope for the future, and get to keep my home and my government job. Were it not for his help I would likely be facing a very different future right now. From the start he set about methodically yet compassionately to set me on the right path forward. He is meticulous, thorough, and more over punctual. Lennard will keep in touch with you and remind you well ahead of time of any impending court related responsibilities. I could not ask for a better guide through my troubles.
