My wife served me with divorce papers after 23 years of marriage. She threatened to take my kids and move to Hawaii. I was scared I would never get to see them again. I talked to several attorneys before speaking to the law offices of Wallin & Klarich. It was a long process but in the end they helped me reach a favorable divorce settlement with my now ex-wife and keep full custody of my children. I couldn't be more grateful.

The attorney assigned to me was David Wall. He is an excellent attorney. He did what he said he was going do do, in a timely manner. He made me feel confident thru the process. In the end, the charges where dropped with a simple meeting. I fully recommend this law firm and especially Mr. Wall. He called me the day before every appointment to remind me to be there on time and helped me take care of everything in a very simple manner. He is worth muuuch much more than what i payed him.

I am happy with Wallin & Klarich and Yvette for being reliable, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I separated about 10 years ago. We both lived separately and move forward with our lives, but neither of use ever filed for divorce. Finally, I made the decision in 2012 that it was time to truly end my marriage and get divorced. I was charged with two felony counts of second degree burglary. with prior theft convictions, I thought that I would serve some serious jail time. I contacted Wallin & Klarich and met with David Cohn. David explained my situation to me and how he would defend me. In the end, David was able to get my two felony counts dismissed and I plead guilty to only one misdemeanor count of petty petty theft. I am grateful for his hard work. Most importantly, I did not have to serve any jail time.

My employer was garnishing my wages for $700 per month for child support ordered by the Court. My employer was going to continue to garnish my wages even though my youngest was about to turn 18. I hired Wallin & Klarich to review my case and stop the wage garnishment. My attorney, Matthew Forsse, filed the papers with the court to stop the garnishment and saved me the $700 per month. I am grateful that Mr. Forsse acted quickly and fixed my support order for me.

I made a careless mistake in my early 20’s and was convicted of Indecent Exposure. As part of my sentence the Judge ordered that I would have to register as a sex offender forever. I was devastated. I learned that I could stop registering if I got a Certificate of Rehabilitation from the court. I hired Wallin & Klarich and they were able to prove I was rehabilitated. The judge agreed and I will never have to register again. Thank you!

I was charged with felony assault likely to produce great bodily injury. I was facing a felony strike and seven years in prison. I could not go to prison because I am the only one working in my family. I hired the law firm Wallin and Klarich and my attorney Christopher Lee quickly got to work on my case. With Christophers help he was able to convince the district attorney to not seek a prison sentence. Due to Christophers hard work I was able to avoid prison time and be reunited with my family.

I wanted a divorce after my husband and I separated. After a couple of months without any financial help, I realized that our divorce was not going to be as easy as I thought. Wallin & Klarich helped me. Yvette Ochoa was able to work with me in getting me the divorce orders that mattered the most. I wanted custody and a visitation schedule and child support. Yvette did all this for me by negotiation with my ex-husband, who only speaks Spanish. Thank you Yvette!

My wife and I had been separated for about 10 years, and we had finally decided that it was time we got divorced. My wife and I predominantly speak Spanish and understand a little English.
