Is there any reason filing a 3rd bankruptcy will not be granted?

Giovanni Orantes
Answered by attorney Giovanni Orantes (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Orantes Law Firm
Depends on how far apart you filed the previous cases and whether or not you received a discharge in one or more of your cases and whether you need a discharge. You truly need to consult experienced counsel to determine when and where and how to file it and what protection you are afforded by it.

Can I file chapter 13 bankruptcy with my daughter for a car I cosigned for her that she let go back and not affect my husband?

John A Moffa
Answered by attorney John A Moffa (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Moffa & Breuer, PLLC
Both you and your daughter would need to file separate bankruptcy cases. Without a review of your credit report and your husband's credit report, it is difficult to determine whether he would be affected.

Answered by attorney Michael D. Siegel
Bankruptcy lawyer at Siegel & Siegel, P.C.
It is free to make a claim.  Your claim, assuming you got the product, is a warranty claim.
