I would have to look at the documentation, but the second mortgage was not filed at the time of your chapter 7 and was discharged as an unsecured debt than my preliminary opinion would be that it the mortgage company should not be able to file its lien at this point for the second mortgage only.

It is very likely but it will depend on how fast the landlord moves to obtain permission from the bankruptcy court to proceed with the eviction and how fast the Sheriff executes the eviction order after that.
