I assume this is the same person who asked a similar question a little while ago. If not, the answer is "yes" you can and must list all debts, including taxes. Where the debts are discharged depends on many factors.

What happens to legal fees in a bankruptcy?

Legal fees are dischargeable in bankruptcy just like any other unsecured debt. You need to bring this up to your bankruptcy attorney so they can analyze the situation for you and advise you accordingly. Go call your bankruptcy attorney and tell them. They'll need to know the name of your divorce attorney, their address, how much the bill is for and whether that divorce is finalized or if it is ongoing and whether that attorney is still working on the case for you.

The funds in the account will be potentially available to the bankruptcy court to satisfy your creditors, see an attorney before you make a move.
