Unfortunately, I can only give you legal advice regarding property located in Arizona. The law is different for each state. Since I do not know where you live I suggest you talk to your bankruptcy attorney or another attorney in your state to have your questions answered. I wish I could be more helpful.

Is Federal Workman's Comp income included in Bankruptcy?

Answered by attorney Stuart M. Nachbar

You should be speaking with your attorney regarding this, but in NJ no it would not be part of the Means Test Income. You would show it and it would then be excluded.
