Will my future husbands income be included if I file bankruptcy?

Answered by attorney Roger J Bus (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Debt Relief Law Center
If you are living together when your case was filed, his income would be included on Schedule I. If you get married after you file, it is up to the Trustee assigned to your case to decide whether to raise the issue to the Court whether the case was still filed "in good faith" with no ability to repay.
