Hired Attorney Gerald Jowers Jr.

My experience was one that I felt well informed about next steps in the legal process. Attorney Jowers kept my family's best interest in mind during mediation and all other negotiations. He was also able to network with other agencies, medical professionals, and attorneys to orchestrate a well constructed support team for our family during the process.

Janet, Jenner & Suggs, LLC were all so great! They were very thorough with my case, answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were very knowledgable about my case. They prepared me well for the case and I felt very comfortable answering all of the questions from opposing counsel. All of the staff was kind and considerate and were genuinely concerned about me as an individual. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for a great group of attorneys!

Inability to communicate on a client's level. Did not feel my lawyer believed in me as his client. When asked what I wanted, I stated I wanted a jury trial. Other clients involved in same case. Ending was - it will be settled or you owe us all the money we've invested. Very sorry I chose them now as it was based on their Martindale rating when I did.

I HIRED THEM REGARDING A MATTER AND I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ATTORNIES , PARTICUARLY BRENDA. IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER AGAIN I WOULD DO MORE RESEARCH.

I hired this firm for help in a matter and they dont return phone calls and the lack of communication made me move in a diffrent direction. The lady I spoke with was not compassionate in any way. This is my opinion and my opinion only. Thank you.
