Having never filed a lawsuit before, it was comforting knowing that Gerald was representing me. He took the time to explain the process to me and patiently walked me through every document. When we finally reached the mediation stage, his expertise in negotiating was in full display. I felt completely confident in his ability to come to a settlement that was in my best interest. I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding handling of my son's (Christopher F. Santorsa) case by Dr. Manley and his team. Five plus years ago I began an effort to seek justice for my injured son in hope (in addition to financial compensation for Christopher and his siblings) that the physicians responsible for my son's injuries would be more aware of the relevant medical issues when responsible for care involving pregnancies like Christopher's. After the birth of my son (who was injured at birth), I sought out some legal advice so that I would better know our options. I was contacted by Gerald Jowers who asked me some questions and explained how to proceed and what the options were. As with many court proceedings, it was a long drawn out process but I never felt alone.
