Attorney Jordan DiBernardo did a wonderful job in an eviction against a former tenant of mine. Said problem tenant went 'above and beyond' in his efforts to prolong the covid-based eviction restrictions by refusing to apply for rental assistance even after failing to pay a cent of rent for 9 long months, only then to finally apply for the first time about a week before our Court appearance after Mr. DiBernardo commenced the eviction with Court. The tenant then further prolonged the application process with the state aid program as long as possible by failing to provide them with necessary documents. Attorney Jordan DiBernardo helped make a highly stressful experience into a positive for me, not only did I finally get this person out of my house, I also received all 9 months of back rent through the state.
