This firm is the most professional business I have ever dealt with. It began with the attorney's assistant: James Diver. He called me initially and explained in clean language the procedure and what to expect. Mr. Robert Silverman personally contacted me to explain what was occurring throughout the negotiations.When I was satisfied with the settlement; which was excellent. I was reminded that the attorney fees were covered and I had no cost. Everything that Kimmel and Silverman advertise is absolutely true, and you will never be better served by a law firm.

Robert Silverman did a great job resolving my problem with General Motors. After trying to resolve the problem myself and getting no satisfaction from GM I contacted Kimmel and Silverman. Bob Silverman negotiated a favorable settlement with GM.
